We Our therapists are qualified certified to administer testing to assess and simulate job tasks, thereby determining an individual’s ability to return specific job duties, or establish what type of work the employee may return to safely and effectively. We coordinate care with all parties involved to ensure a quick return to work.
In addition to post-injury, Elevate Rehab can effectively assess preemployment capacity, as well as current ergonomic function. These assessments allow a company to minimize the risk for work related injuries, in the future, reducing unnecessary expenses for time lost, medical bills, and the need for additional staff coverage, while maximizing safety, productivity and job satisfaction.

Functional Progress Notes
Our Occupro’s built in Functional Progress Notes and Functional Discharge Summaries are designed to replace traditional progress/discharge notes and have been approved by workers' compensation insurance carriers throughout the United States. These notes automatically trigger an a notice when the patient has demonstrated the ability to transition from a truly “physical rehab” based treatment to the functional “return to work” based treatment.
Return to Work (RTW)
Our Occupro’s Return-to-Work (RTW) Software is unique with its specific workers' compensation initial therapy evaluations, progress notes, work hardening/work conditioning evaluations, and discharge summaries purposefully coordinated to streamline the most efficient and safe avenue back to productive employment.
Work Hardening or Work Conditioning Program
Through work conditioning and work hardening rehabilitation your employees therapy will focus on the strength, flexibility, endurance, and functional motions required to return to your job the worksite effectively and without a reduced risk for reinjury.
Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
Our Occupro’s system determines if your client is putting forth full and consistent effort and whether their pain reports are reliable. It determines the exact percentage of the job an injured employee can safely perform and can be used for disability purposes. Our Elevate Rehab’s reports are convenient for everyone involved in getting an injured employee back to work: the physician, payors, employee and employers. A detailed recommendation sheet outlining the specific abilities of your client following a job specific or a general purpose/baseline functional capacity evaluations is generated.
Post Offer/Pre Employment Testing
Our Occupro’s Post Offer/Pre Employment Testing Software is the only standardized system available that allows Elevate to design and perform the testing from scratch, based on your specific company needs. The system automatically determines if a candidate passes or fails the test based on the custom design or it can provide baseline placement data for your job demands. When performing pass/fail testing the software will automatically calculate and easily disseminate pass/fail outcome data.
