The physician-patient-therapist relationship is critical, and we value your referral to the Elevate Rehab therapists. We see ourselves as an extension of your practice and want to ensure the most efficient, cost effective optimal surgical or conservative outcome possible.
There are a number of things that differentiate our clinics, staff, and therapists:
Your patients will have undivided attention by a licensed therapist throughout the entire scheduled one hour treatment block.
We do not utilize technicians or aides in the delivery of skill services. We are proud to say our service is based on outcomes, not a productivity standard.
In most cases, we are able to schedule your patient within 24-48 hours and often can accommodate same day appointments.
We provide flexible hours for convenient scheduling, and all of our clinics have early and late appointments available as needed.
Elevate Rehab is a credentialed DME supplier for CMS/Medicare: we will bill the insurance provider directly for customized splinting, providing your patient with a custom fabricated to meet your specifications, resulting in improved comfort, higher level of compliance, lower out-of-pocket costs, and ultimately a more speedy recovery.
We accept all major forms of medical insurance, including Medicare, Worker’s Compensation, and Medicaid / DSHS / CHIP. For those patients without insurance, we can set up a personalized payment plan. Our focus is healing, and we have found the value is evident to those we treat.
All therapists commit to advancing knowledge, skill level, and practice excellence. You can refer a patient with confidence to any of our therapists knowing there is a standardized level of confidence across our facilities. Our clinicians demonstrate advanced proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation, and we invest on ongoing education and training in order to stay current on the most up to date research and evidence based practices available.
