Are you interested in exploring a challenging yet rewarding career?  Elevate Rehab is the only facility in Lander, Wyoming with Certified Hand Therapists (CHT), and the sole ASTYM certified practitioners in the region, one of two Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist within all of Fremont County, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and the most experienced LSVT BIG Certified Therapist in Lander. We strive to deliver the most effective, skilled, and evidence based approaches available, while ensuring a warm, comfortable, stimulating, and fun setting.  Elevate delivers direct one-on-one care to allow our clinicians time to focus on the patient and their individualized needs. Our strong referral base ranges from hand and orthopedic surgeons to our local physicians and providers throughout the region.  However, our strongest referral base lies in our satisfied client recommendations.

Our office is located in Lander, WY, at the foothills of the mighty Wind River Range, the gateway to breathtaking Togwotee Pass and world renowned Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. Our region is known for it’s year-round, world class rock climbing, pristine hiking trails and blue ribbon fishing streams. Mountain bikers, Nordic skiers, rock climbers, hunters, rodeo goers, cowboys, musicians, and artists alike proudly call Fremont County their home. An ideal candidate possesses:

  • Wyoming Occupational or Physical Therapy license or eligibility

  • CHT or APTA Board-Certification Specialization preferred but required

  • Strong work ethic

  • Independence when seeking learning opportunities

  • Desire to read and apply current clinical research

  • Proficiency or a strong desire to learn a variety of custom splinting fabrication if interested in hand specialization

  • Experience treating or a strong interest to gain experience in the treatment of orthopedic disorders

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent patient rapport and team interaction

  • Desire to work in a positive, professional environment directly with your patient, we DO NOT utilize technicians to deliver direct patient care.
