Elevate Rehab was established in 2013 as Fremont County’s first private, therapist-owned specialty practice focusing on dysfunction and disorders specific to the upper extremity. We now treat the entire body including the spine & lower extremities.
Our focus is you and your rehabilitation. We provide a holistic approach, working closely with your healthcare team. Whether you have a sports or work related injury, are recovering from an illness, trauma, or disease, we’ll work with you to develop a plan that meets your lifestyle needs and budget. Our goal is to not only return you to your optimal health, but have you leave our office with a smile.

Our Team
Our team is made up of specialized occupational (OT) and physical (PT) therapists, including the only Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) in Lander Valley, the only certified McKenzie Method Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) practitioner in our region, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), an LSVT BIG Parkinson’s/neuro practitioner, the only Lymphedma Certified Therapy (LCT) as well as the only certified ASTYM and Herman & Wallace trained pelvic practitioners in the region. Combined, our small team of therapists have well over 110 years of experience!
