Work Conditioning & Return to Work Rehabilitation

Physical and occupational therapy offer an important step in the return to work process following an injury or surgery. However, general rehabilitation may not fully prepare you for the strains of every day work duties. Through work conditioning and work hardening rehabilitation your therapy will focus on the strength, flexibility, endurance, and functional motions required to return to your job effectively and without reinjury.

We also provide Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) to determine if and when it is appropriate for you to return to work. Through the evaluation your ability will be documented allowing for better communication between patient, doctor, case manager, and therapists in the return to work process.  If our program determines you or your employee is unable to perform the essential functions associated with the jobs physical demands, we can help identify jobs you or your employee can perform to assist with job transfer and retraining.
