Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic Exercise refers to a range of physical activities that helps restore and build physical strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and stability. The goal of therapeutic exercise is returning an injured person to a pain-free, fully functioning state with reduced risk for further injury/reinjury, optimal overall health, and enhanced fitness and well-being.
Therapeutic Activities
Therapeutic Activities are the tasks that are functional and dynamic, utilized ultimately to improve strength and range of motion as well. Therapeutic activities can be simple or complex tasks that directly imitate real-life activity. Therapeutic activities incorporate multiple aspects of function.
